Ben and Andrew created Spero out of a shared belief that too many students and families are forced to navigate important academic, college, career, and life decisions without enough clarity, guidance, or real-world support. With decades of combined experience working directly with students across education, leadership development, coaching and mentorship, they have dedicated their careers to helping young people build confidence, discover direction, and create meaningful futures. Over the years, they have worked with students at every stage of the journey — helping them strengthen academically, explore interests, navigate school transitions, prepare for college, gain professional experience, and pursue ambitious personal and career goals. Through that work, they saw the growing need for a more personalized, relationship-driven approach that looks beyond academics alone and focuses on the full development of each student. Spero was built to provide that support. Through academic coaching, high school and college planning, career development, entrepreneurship, experiential learning and mentorship, Ben and Andrew help students move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
